  USING SOCIAL TO FIND SOURCES, SOLICIT UGC:  I used Google Forms to s olicit personal stories  from Americans who had confronted 'surprise' medical bills. In another example, I asked NewsHour's community to share stories of  long-term unemployment.  Both call-outs received hundreds of responses and led to new story ideas.

Running NewsHour's social media accounts on the weekends includes ensuring seamless coverage of major news events across all of our social channels.
